	- Caro Direttore,
	  Ti scrivo in merito al progetto EU ITN Lowcomote avente come termine ufficiale il 30 Giugno 2023. Dal 20 al 22 Settembre 2022 organizzammo da noi un [[meeting]] del progetto sostenendo costi per coffee break e per cena sociale per un totale di Euro 4336,5. Il Dipartimento ha regolarmente saldato le fatture relative a tali servizi di cui riporto i dati:

	  L'articolo 7.3.5.3 del Consortium Agreement del progetto (vedi allegato) prevede che i costi che i partner del progetto sostengono per organizzare eventi nell'ambito del progetto possono essere rimborsati attingendo al "central [[BUDGET]]" alimentato da tutti i partner del progetto e gestito dal Coordinatore.
	  Ho chiesto al coordinatore la procedura per chiedere il rimborso dei costi in questione, e mi e' stato detto che serve fattura indirizzata a

	- Serve anche un documento che ricapitoli le spese corrispondenti, indicante per ciascuna l'oggetto esatto e il montante.
	  Confrontandomi con Giuliana, mi è stato detto che il Dipartimento non puo' emettere fattura perche' non c'e' in atto attività commerciale, ma e' possibile emettere una Nota di Debito. Giuliana mi ha anche chiesto di inoltrare richiesta ufficiale a te per fare un quadro della situazione e per fare richiesta ufficiale per l'emissione della nota di debito.
	  Mi chiedo se questa [[email]] e' sufficiente come richiesta ufficiale o se occorre fare altro.

In fact, the science shows that incredible efforts are needed to counter the social and psychological friction that arises in groups to even get close to what the groups would achieve if working independently.
