Duration: Approximately 3-4 hours, including 2-3 presentations, 45 minutes for verbal reports, 10 minutes for feedback to the students, and possible additional discussion time. Location: Remote participation is allowed, but committee members @Barbara, @Davide are invited to attend in person. Reimbursement of participation fees will be provided. If convenient, a seminar in the department may also be organized. Agenda: 1. Discussion and evaluation of the doctoral thesis 2. Presentations by the student 3. Verbal reports from the committee members 4. Feedback to the students Coordination: Rafael will coordinate the discussion to determine a mutually agreed date between February 16, 2026, and March 16, 2026.
