		- Da definire i programmi delle attività
		- Le  attività PCTO tradizionali possono essere comunque svolte ma nel quadro della convenzione PCTO
			- A tale scopo va ridefinito il catalogo PCTO
		- Vanno intercettati **1800 studenti** (del 3°, 4°, 5° anno) per anno per 4 anni
			- Mediante corsi che possiamo "mutuare" dal catalogo PCTO ma anche attività laboratoriale
			- **11 scuole**
			- Dovranno essere definiti 91 moduli di 15 ore
			- **Ogni studente deve fare 15 ore e il certificato (PCTO) lo acquisice seguendo almeno il 70%**
			- Queste attività non sono obbligatoriamente da considerare curriculari (questo e' forte bug del decreto)
			- Quindi vanno fatti circa 9 interventi per scuola
			- Il Progetto dura 4 anni
			- Ogni ora per studente ha un costo di 16 Euro
			- Non più di un terzo può essere fatto in DAD

		- Nella fase pre-natalizia si dovranno stringere accordi con le scuole (almeno 11)
			- Dopo si potrà iniziare con le attività formative sfruttando al meglio il periodo di febbraio, momento in cui abbiamo esami.
		- Per erogare invece attività formative nell'ambito PNRR va invece seguita una procedura diversa (firma studenti, codice fiscale, etc.).
			- Ogni CF può essere usato in un solo anno di erogazione del progetto
			- C'e' stato un gentle agreement degli Atenei Abruzzesi per la copertura dei territori
				- C'è l'intenzione di definire un programma comune
		- Il piano formativo include
			- Una prima parte generale su aspetti di **orientamento** [Comune], 2 ore
			- Seconda parte su **softskills** [Comune],  2 ore
			- Illustrazione della minipiattaforma di AlmaLaurea per orientare studenti mediante mini questionari (Modulo di **autovalutazione**) [Comune], 2 ore
			- **Placement** (prospettive occupazionali) 2 ore
			- Rimanenti circa 7-8 ore da poter coprire con i **PCTO** dei Dipartimenti
				- 8 ore di laboratorio in un unico dipartimento oppure definire delle configurazioni per limitare le scelte (questo potrà essere fatto una volta che i cataloghi PCTO saranno finalizzati)
		- Il Prof. Giulietti ci darà un suggerimento su come muoversi dal punto di vista normativo per come gestire la retribuzione per i docenti coinvolti nelle attività di formazione.

			- Per turnazione, potremmo pensare di usare il *Polo Centro* o a  *Roio*.

    • A quick summary of the call.
      • About the title. We should emphasize the evolutionary perspective of the proposal, other than our willingness to take the contextual nature of fairness into account. Max proposed something like: “Context-Aware Fair and Ethical Complex Software Systems”. Nonetheless, the goal that ethics will play in the proposal is still unclear. So, a more informed decision will be taken later.
      • Objectives of the proposal. The key objectives look fine, overall. There will be a new objective on NLP for fairness. In this way, we can frame the project as a framework to manage fairness throughout the lifecycle of complex systems, from data extraction to verification.
      • Periodic meetings. Thursdays @17:00-18:00. I will schedule periodic meetings on MS Teams so that you will see the events in your calendar.
    • As for the tasks:
    • - UNISA. We will (1) refine the challenges and objectives of the proposal based on what discussed today; (2) draft the state of the art based on the papers found by Carmine; (3) draft the methodology & results for the objectives concerned to fairness design/verification and analytics. I will do the first task by Monday morning, so that you can all work on an updated version of the proposal.
    • - UNISANNIO. (1) Draft the methodology & results for the objective that will revolve around NLP for fairness; (2) Help drafting the methodology & results for the objective concerned to fairness analytics - @Andrea/Max, we can sync offline to collaborate on the analytics part.
    • - UNIVAQ. (1) Draft the methodology & results for the objective concerned to the development and monitoring; (2) If possible with the elements currently available, draft the methodology & results for the integration objective - I guess that the development/monitoring platform will be the ideal instrument to integrate the outcomes of the other objectives.
    • - ALL. (1) Read the call more carefully, especially with respect to the clusters defined; (2) Identify statistics and/or industrial reports on the relevance of fairness in practice; (3) Start looking for companies willing to support the proposal.
