      • to date, we have still not received an acknowledgement for some of the

      • workshops.

      • Since more than two weeks passed, would it be ok if we started to publish

      • the “Accepted Workshops” page with the summary information currently

      • available in the shared spreadsheet

      • Also, the emails of the organizers of the DevOps-QM workshop are

      • currently missing. In case you have them, could you please add them to the

      • spreadsheet? This way, we can also start the procedure to request the

      • creation of the sub-websites.

      • Thanks Luigi.

      • I've collected all the information in the shared document available at

      • EASE 2024 Workshops

      • I've asked all the organisers to check the content, update it if

      • necessary, and send a confirmation email to you and Dario so that you know

      • when you can get started.

      • Dear Davide and Sira,

      • as already mentioned by Filomena, we confirmed with the conf.researchr.org

      • platform the possibility of hosting workshop websites on the platform, as

      • “sub-websites” of the main EASE 2024 website.

      • This way, the workshop websites will be integrated with the main

      • conference website, and will be reachable from a dedicated “Workshop” area

      • under the “Tracks” menu, as in EASE 2022

      • https://conf.researchr.org/home/ease-2022. The organizers of each

      • workshop will also be able to manage their sub-website instance on their

      • own, publishing CfPs, important dates, Chairs and PC composition, etc.

      • In addition to creating dedicated sub-websites for each workshop on the

      • conf.researchr.org platform, we will also add a dedicated “Accepted

      • Workshops” page in the Workshop track, listing all accepted workshops with

      • a description and a link to their website, as done in MODELS 2023.

      • To proceed, Dario and I need the following information, for each accepted

      • workshop:

        • Name of the workshop (with an Acronym, if applicable)
        • Organizers of the workshop (with name and email address)
        • A description of the workshop, as it should appear in the Workshops
      • track page.

      • Concerning the workshops accepted at EASA 2024, shall we start updating

      • the related section available at EASE 2024 - Workshops - EASE 2024

      • (researchr.org)

      • To ensure uniformity, we could have only one page listing all the accepted

      • and the link to the external website with all the details, as for instance,

      • done at MODELS 2023 - Workshops - MODELS 2023 (researchr.org)
