Nel dettaglio i dati necessari sono i seguenti:
Elenco complessivo degli studenti partecipanti al progetto recanti i seguenti dati
* Nome e cognome;
* Data di nascita
* Comune di nascita (oltre al Comune di Residenza)
* Codice fiscale;
* Comune di residenza;
* Genere;
* Scuola di appartenenza  (Divisione per codice meccanografico)
* Classe (suddivisione per classi: IV o V) 
Infine il dato più importante che riguarda le presenze degli alunni (o soltanto le assenze se per voi è più comodo evincerle dal registro elettronico) alle varie attività tenute durante il corso.
Visto che nel vostro istituto cono presenti più codici meccanografici le chiedo la cortesia di ripartire gli studenti in base all'indirizzo (codice meccanografico) di appartenenza oltre che per classe
