| - The paper presents an approach to support the development and self-adaptive execution of wastewater treatment plants. Domain-specific languages are proposed to model IoT systems of interest, and code generators are also given to automatically produce the implementation of the modeled self-adaptive systems adhering to the MAPE-K reference architecture. |

| - I like the paper, which is well-written and structured. It clearly presents the building blocks of the proposed approach. Overall, the paper is easy to read and follow. I enjoyed reading it. |

| - My main concerns about the paper are related to the novelty with respect to the recently published articles of the authors. The proposed delta is marginal and weighs less than a substantial improvement to justify another publication.
