The Google calendar can be synced with, e.g., MS Outlook (for
|
||
information on how to sync it with MS Outlook, please refer to slide#5).

- Please kindly note the three day bidding refinement period – *Mar 25-28
|
||
(23:59, AoE)* – and allocate sufficient time to refine the automatically
|
||
generated bids.
|

- One more note: A senior member of the community highlighted that some PC
|
||
members frequently get messages from authors informing the PC members
|
||
that they submitted particular papers with specific IDs, more or less
|
||
suggesting that the PC members bid for and review those particular
|
||
papers. It goes without saying that this is not allowed due to double
|
||
anonymous considerations. If you receive such messages, please let us
|
||
know. After discussing this with several members of the ICSE steering
|
||
committee (including the chair), we have added this clause to the Call
|
||
for Paper: *“All communication with the program committee must go through
|
||
the program committee chairs. Do not contact individual program
|
||
committee members regarding your submission.”* We have also updated the
|
||
submission form to ask authors to indicate compliance with this
|
||
requirement.
