- During this period, we will disable review upload/update, while we’ll
- leave comments enabled. Therefore, you could continue to discuss a
- paper, if you wish. Otherwise, this can be a week in which you can rest
- a bit from ICSE tasks, enjoy ESEC/FSE if you are attending it, and work
- on your own rebuttals if you have submissions. In case you add
- comments, please be very careful not to add, at this time, comments
- visible to the authors.
- If you have been assigned an extra review and you haven’t submitted it
- yet, you will be able to submit it after the rebuttal period is over
- (between Nov 20 and Nov 25, the sooner, the better).
- The period starting on November 21 will be a very intense one in terms
- of discussion. For now, we would like to recall the agenda (which is in
- your Google Calendar anyway):
- November 21 and 22: First discussion days
- November 29 and 30: Second response period
- December 1 and 2: Second focus days
- December 5: metareviews ready
- Over the next week, we will assign discussion leaders and will also send
- you detailed instructions about the discussions and metareview
- preparation. |
