- On the positive side, reviewers found that the paper is about a relevant and challenging problem in software engineering. However, on the negative side, the paper is not always easy to read, the approach is not clearly described and the experiment design is not convincing. The novelty of the approach is not evident and existing works are not considered as a baseline to convince about the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The authors’ response did not help to make reviewers change their evaluation. Therefore, reviewers unanimously agreed that the manuscript is not ready for ICSE 2023 and hope that the provided feedback will be beneficial to resubmit it elsewhere. |
